Can't log into my broker?

When I hit connect the name of the broker is grayed out and then no connection. The name of the broker is still grayed out on the disconnect link too.

What to do?

Can you please try restarting NinjaTrader and then trying to connect.

If this does not work, can you please attach a screenshot of your Control Center showing the, "File > Connect Menu" to your reply?

I see that NinjaTrader is trying to connect to your Zen-Fire connection, but is unable to do so. I would like to get some information about your connection, but for your protection, do not want it on the forum.
