    CL chart won't roll over

I tried the below procedure I found on an earlier post, but my CL chart is still messed up.
    • From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Instrument Manager
    • Highlight the contract you wish to rollover in the left side of the Instrument Manager window
    • Press the ">" button (the instrument will disappear from the list)
    • Press the "<" button and the instrument should re-appear with the front month expiration date
    http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...es_contrac.htm

Another change will then be required due to the roll-over date defined within NinjaTrader's instrument manager:

Open the Instrument Manager by clicking Tools > Instrument Manager.
In the Manager, select CL from the list on the right then click Edit to open the Instrument Editor.
In the Editor, navigate to the Misc tab and scroll down to the Contract Months section - select that property then click the '...' button which appears.
In the Contract Months menu, select 2-13 and change the rollover date to 12/17.
Click OK to exit the Contract Months menu.
Click OK to exit the Instrument Editor.
Click OK to exit the Instrument Manager.
    Restart NinjaTrader.

After restarting you should see CL 02-13 charts load normally.

    Hello CheckM8t,

    Thank you for your post.

Who do you connect to for data? This is displayed in green in the bottom left hand corner of your NinjaTrader Control Center.

What expiry are you trying to view? 04-13?

I look forward to your response.

I use CQG, and CL 4-13 is the chart I'm having problems with.

        Hello CheckM8t,

        Thank you for your response.

Please restart NinjaTrader > then reconnect to CQG > and then Reload All Historical Data on your CL 04-13 chart.

To reload your historical data please right click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Click here for more information on Reloading Historical Data

Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.
