Gas Oil; White Maize Charts Search

I opened the Gas Oil G chart for 3-13 and 4-13 but neither came up with charting info

I searched for White Maize but found no chart listing in futures.

Also NT says it doesnt support ER2 Russell 2000 Emini - and it found the 03-13 contract in the instrument manager

It does show chart for ES so I know some charts are appearing

So that I may be of further assistance could you answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What interval do you have selected? Example 1 Min, 1 Day, 4 Renko.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

QO 04-13 shows daily bars only for 11/12/12-11/23/12
QO 05-13 shows same daily bar range for same dates
error msg Log: CQG Adapter. SubscribeMarketDataReslove: F.US.MQO.K13 could not be resolved.

G 03-13 chart NOT seen 1, 5, 15, Daily
error: unable to subscribe to G 03-13 since there is no instrument mapping available

The error indicates your CQG connection is not enabled for the QO instrument. Please check with the broker that provided you the CQG connection and see if the instrument can be included.

Please use the TF 03-13 to load data for the Emini Russell.

The White Maize is not present by default. Are you sure this instrument is included as per your CQG connection?

As per the Gas Oil, please highlight the G futures instrument in the Instrument Manager. Select the Misc-tab and enter QP in the CQG row. Click OK.

Remove and re-add the G 03-13 to your instrument list. Instructions can be found at the link below.

I got QM to show Daily chart (but not intraday).
TF 03-13 gives an error NT data server does not support this instrument

What expiry month is used for the QM. Please make sure you select the 04-13 expiry month.

Can you please disconnect CQG and go to Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab. Click Reset Instruments and restart NinjaTrader. Check if you now load data for the TF.

If the error remains, did you add any new instruments that use "TF" as symbol map for CQG?
