    Problem with real trading

    Dear all
    I have this kind of problem: when I try to trade with my real account, I cannot open a new position, even if on my trading account I have more then 3.500,00 U$.
    A message appears on the screen, informing me that I'm only able to close open position, even if I try to trade on instruments requiring a minimum margin.
    I've tried to send some messages to my broker, but no one has replied to my questions in a month.
    What should I do?

    Hello Emanuele,

    Can you please send me your log and trace files and tell me when you experienced the error last. Go to Control Center-->Help-->Mail to Support in NinjaTrader. Put 'Att Jason, Problem with real trading' in the subject field and enable 'Log and trace files'.

        Unfortunately I have not received files so far. Please send me the log and trace files once more, but manually attach them in your email this time. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please include the files for the day the error occurred last.

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Log--> log.20130225 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

        C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->(My) Documents--> NinjaTrader 7--> Trace--> trace.20130225 for today. (trace.yyyymmdd for any other date)

          You are making money for your broker, and they ignore you for one month?? The first thing to do is change your broker. ( I am not being snide: I truly think that your broker has treated you abominably, and does not deserve any more of your commissions).

          As to your order issues, I will leave all comment to the NT staff.

            Thank you very much for your interest.
            Now it seems like that i can place real orders.
            But mine has been a strange position: think that my broker (CQG) has "freezed" my account for two or three months, and I don't know why
