    Problem enabling some strategies

    Hello,

    I was enabling my strategies without any problem but the last five strategies I tried to enable an error message appeared (see screenshot enabling strategies). The charts were already opened and working well. They are still working well.
    Although I got that error message all those last 5 strategies were enabled (see screenshot control center strategies)
    My question is if they will work fine or as I got that error message the strategy in those pairs are not gonna work?

    I attach the output window in a next message just in case it helps.

    Hello dvercher,

    Can you open up a Time and Sales window (Files -> New -> Time and Sales) up with each of those instruments that you received the error on and get incoming tick data for those instruments?

        Thanks for confirming that.

        If you are receiving real-time data then it should not effect your Strategies running. That error is probably related to the Historical Data server connection. When you setup your GAIN account are you using GAIN's servers for Historical Data or NinjaTraders?

          Hello,

          I am using Ninja Trader servers. I was worried because there are some instruments that NT does not provide tick data...my charts are set into 1440 minutes.
          Apart from these instruments: EUR.NOK EUR.SEK NZD.JPY USD.DKK USD.NOK USD.SEK, are any other pairs of currencies NT servers do not provide tick data?

          The problems enabling the strategy were with: NZD.CHF NZD.USD USD.CAD USD.CHFand USD.JPY.
          I guess there is no problem with them but just in case, can you confirm NT servers do provide tick data for them?

            Yes, I can confirm that NinjaTrader has historical tick data for the following instruments

            The message that you getting is a result from our servers, with maintenance going on our servers requesting too much historical data could cause this message to appear. We are working on resolving this but in the mean time to minimize getting this message you may want to either cut down the amount of historical data that you are requesting or you may use GAIN's Historical Servers until the maintenance is finished.
