There was a harddisk problem recently and I had to re-format it. After re-installing the latest NT 7.0.10000.11 and eSignal 11.5sp2, I am getting the problem of NT not being able to connect to eSignal. I use Win Vista SP2.
I set up the eSignal connection as shown in the file "Setup screen.jpg". But when I tried to connect NT to eSignal (under "File", "Connection"), I got the problem as shown in "failure screen.jpg". All this while eSignal was running fine on its own (see "esignal screen.jpg")
I have tried removing and re-installing NT7 a few times, and re-starting the computer a few times, both to no avail.
Please help.
