    Trouble getting daily bars for DX

    Hello,

    I'm connected to AMP/CQG and the instrument is DX 03-13. I have no problem getting minute and tick data, but I can't seem to get daily bars. I've tried a new chart and don't see anything in the log.

    Ideas?

    Thanks for your post.

    Please try to rest your instruments and clear your cache.

    To reset you instruments disconnect for all data providers and go to Tools> Options> Data> Reset Instruments
    Exit NinjaTrader and open the following directory in Windows
    (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache
    Delete all the folders & files in this cache folder
    Restart NinjaTrader and test

    If you still can not load Day bars for the DX 03-13 please send your trace files in to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com
    In the message include a link to this forum topic

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

    The trace file will be named "trace.20130308.txt"
