Error Loading Chart Data

The attached error message has been popping up every time I have attempted to load ZS (Soybean) data today. This has been happening intermittently over the last several weeks and across all markets that I follow (TF, ZS, CL, GC). Please advise.

Could you clarify who you are connected to as a Data Provider? It will be shown in the lower left corner of the Control Center.

Thanks for the information.

This message indicates that you were disconnected from the historical data server.
You may restart NinjaTrader and try to load up the chart again to get the data.

Let us know if the issue persists.

I have restarted NinjaTrader several times as well as rebooted the entire system and the issue still persists.

To look into this further could you tell us where you are located?

Who you are using as an Internet Service Provider (ISP)?

Also, could you do a "TRACERT" to this IP address: 64.202.118.181 and send us a screenshot of the results?

I live in Frisco, TX - a northern suburb or Dallas.

MY ISP is AT&T. My download speeds generally average around 12 Mbps.

Attached please find a screenshot of the results of the TRACERT.

Also attached is a screenshot of the results from PingPlotter - my preferred utility for doing IP traces.

Thanks for the information. We are looking into this.

By chance if you try resetting your router and modem does it help? Note sometimes they are the same unit. Instructions on how to do this are is on the link below.

I reboot the modem/router on a regular basis and it hasn't helped with this issue.

We believe it to be due to our Historical Data Server as we are using one of our Backup Data Servers currently, while or Main Data Server is under maintenance. I apologize for any inconvenience that it may cause. To help reduce the frequency of this you may want to limit the number of days of data that you are trying to load while we are using our Backup Data Server.

When do you expect to have the Main Historical Data Server back online?

Maintenance will only happen on the weekends when the markets are down. Currently, it is scheduled for this weekend to try to get it up by Saturday evening/ Sunday morning.
