Forex on Ninja Trader

I am interested in trading Forex. I have live NT license, Kinetics for data feed and IB as broker.

When I bring up a Forex chart such as $GPDUSD, I see historically data but get no Real Time quotes and can not place a trade.

Am I suppose to do something else to trade Forex??

You will need to be enabled to receive real time data for the $GPDUSD on one of your accounts.

So I may look further into this, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.
2.) Your most current trace and log files.

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

Hello. There is money volume in EOD Kinetick forex chart. But FOREX is OTC market. So, where you get this info from?

Since there is not a centralized market for Forex, each provider will have their own values for the volume.

The volume reported from a provider would represent their activity to the market.

This mean it include only volume from one provider and doesn't represent real volume?
