Help>>Mail to Support

When I send a message to support via Help >> Mail to Support, the message is intercepted by Windows "Mail". I have to rewrite the message, as only part of the origonal message is there, and then send from "Mail" to NT support. In the past I have sent mail to support and never had this intercept issue.

I am using Windows Vista 64.

Thank you for your note.

This occurs when NinjaTrader cannot send emails.

We commonly see this with Anti-Virus or Firewall software blocking NinjaTrader as an email application.

Could you temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus programs you may be running and restart NinjaTrader to see if that solves this issue.

I disabled Firewall and Anti-virus protection and rebooted computer, but problem persists.
Do you have any other suggestions?

You might be able to setup your email settings to allow the Mail to Support to work again.
