    64bit faulty after upgrade to Rel 12

    Hello,

    after upgrade to Rel 12 there is no 64 bit version. The folder "bin64" is now empty.

    I work with Win8. How I get the 64bit version?

    Thank you for your post.


    I'd like you to partially reinstall NinjaTrader. No custom settings will be cleared, we'll only be reinstalling NinjaTrader's application files.


    1.) Save a copy of your license key. (Help > License Key)


    2.) Shut down NinjaTrader and uninstall via the Windows Control Panel. Do not remove the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 folder. (This is where custom settings are held)


    3.) Reinstall NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.12 via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration


    The 64 bit version should be functional after reinstalling.

      Hello,
      My problem is that I upgrade to the last version (12) but the 64 bit is still the 11 and the NT7 is correctly upgraded.

      What should I do?

        Hello dvercher,

        Can you please perform an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader as per the instructions below.

        You will save all settings and data. All other settings and data are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel.



        Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.

        Uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via Windows Control Panel-->Programs and Features.

        Clear your browser cache and download and install NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.12 from the link below.

            That is correct, your workspaces and charts will not be affected by following the previous steps.
