GC 4-13 Data gaps Zen Fire connection

I am running a demo of Zen-Fire data for Ninja Trader 7. Today there is a gap in data at the end of 830 mtn time bar....gap is obvious on a 5 minute or 1 minute chart.

When I reload the historical data, then the bars do not the gap in, and the 30minute bar at 830 elongates.

Is there any way to patch in this data gap quickly, or does the error need to be corrected on the data servers themselves?

Thank you for your forum post.


As I test my Zen-Fire account connection, I do not have this missing data gap.

Do you see any error messages on your screen or the Log tab of the Control Center when loading GC 04-13 charts?


What session template are you loading on this chart?

• Right mouse click on the chart background > Data series...
• Under the Data section > Session Template...
• You can test by using "Use Instrument Settings" or "Default 24/7"
• Click OK when finished.

I have experienced an error in updating the current data price.....when I would "reload historical data" on my intraday charts, the current data would be downloaded, but the time on the bars would be messed up.

I downloaded the current version of Ninja, and then reloaded all of the data via the historical data manager....this seems to have fixed the problem.


The problem was both on the CL and GC contracts....the CL contract rolls over today, so I am wondering if maybe that threw my charts off. I use the time setting for NYMEX metals/Energies ETH, so I am doubtfull if that was the problem.

But no error signals or anything...the reboot and fresh download seem to have solved things for now.
