Duplicate orders!!!

Each time I place an order on my live account, NT duplicates it on my Sim101 as well for the same instrument!! VERY annoying!!! HELP please!!!

Are you using SuperDOM or Chart Trader to place your orders?

If you are using the SuperDOM right click and Select Advanced Options.

Select your ATM Strategy and see if the Shadow field is populated.

With Chart Trader -> Press the ATM button [...] and then Right click in the ATM Window -> Advanced Options.

Yes to both, and I changed it to "None"!

May I ask the purpose of that field?

The Shadow strategy allows you to place a simulated order to the SIM account using a different ATM Strategy when you place trades to your live account.

Because the simulation order has the same fill time and market conditions, you can test two ATM Strategies at the same time. One to your Live account and one to the SIM account.
