    No charts

    My charts disappeared when i open a new chart there are no candles at all only a white space

    Who are you connected to for data? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

    Which expiry and interval are you having issues with? (E.g., ES 03-13 5 minute chart)

    Do you get live data to these instruments from the Orders tab of the Control Center or from a SuperDOM window?

    Do you get any errors on screen? Any errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

      Im looking at the correct expiries everything worked good till yest at 4

      not sure

        So I may test a CQG connection, can you give me the exact symbol and expiry you cannot load?

        Can you please go to File--> New--> Time and Sales--> right click on this window and load that instrument and expiry. Are you getting real-time updates?

          Yes i am getting info

          btw for $180 its pretty crazy im not getting charts and it takes this long to fix.
