Missing Data Eurex

are you going to do something with missing Eurex Data during first hours after weekend? I havn´t any data from friday (FGBL).

Hello mavels,

Unfortunately this is a known issue. Please reload historical data in the charts the next hour and check if Friday's data is loaded. Right click the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Hello Kaldo,

I tested it on my end and I do not load Friday's data as well. It affects historical minute data for Eurex instruments only when I test it.

I will forward a report to development. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

We can confirm that the data is missing from the historical data servers on this connection. Our sever team is aware of this and are looking into ways to restore this data without disrupting the current trading days or other instruments.

Thank you for your paiitence while we looked into this further.

Our server team was able to successfully reroute users to a backup data server where the EUREX data was recorded. Please restart your instance of NinjaTrader and reconnect to your market data connection and you should see your charts backfill for this date.

It is critical that you restart and reconnect for these changes to take effect. You may need to force the reload by right clicking on the chart and select 'reload all historical data'.

I just restarted NT and reloaded historical data. But I am still missing last Friday data for $EURNZD. This is using my FXCM connection. Did the historical data get restored for FXCM too?

FXCM historical data is not managed by us at NinjaTrader. This data is stored on the FXCM servers. I would suggest reporting this gap to FXCM directly.
