Please follow the instructions below to see where the errors are coming from after compiling any indicator. If you are wondering why you receive an error when compiling only one indicator, it is because NinjaTrader always compiles all indicators and strategies - not just one. This is done to give you the highest runtime performance possible.
-Open NinjaTrader
-From the Control Center select the Tools menu--> select the Edit NinjaScript menu item--> select Indicator
-Select any indicator and double click on it (we need only to open and compile one script to see all compile errors for all files).
-A new window will appear and you will need to right click in the window and select Compile to compile the indicators.
-At the bottom of the window a new section will appear where you can find the error locations.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service

Hello poeds,
Thank you for clarifying.
Can you please perform an uninstall/reinstall of NinjaTrader and check if the error remains.
You will save all settings and data. All other settings and data are located at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7 which is unaffected when you uninstall NinjaTrader via the Control Panel.
Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down.
Uninstall NinjaTrader 7 via Windows Control Panel-->Programs and Features.
Clear your browser cache and download and install NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.12 from the link below.
If the issue remains, please send me your log and trace files. Log and trace files can be found at the following locations. Please attach them in your email and send them to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Att Jason, anybody there?' in the subject header.

Hello,
Thanks for your note.
For indicators that begin with the '@' symbol you will need to reinstall NinjaTrader to re-populate the default indicators.
For other indicators that do not begin with the '@' symbol you can open them for editing and resolve the errors according to the error message.
To open a script for editing:
Click Tools > Edit NinjaScript > select either Indicator or Strategy depending on the type of script you would like to edit > click OK
It is not possible to delete a system indicator using NinjaTrader.
As a tip, something to watch out for when importing a new indicator is that if a message appears on any files that say "File already exists on your PC" that start with an "@" symbol are the ones that came preloaded inside of NinjaTrader so you would say "No" so that you do not override those files.
Please let me know if we can be of further assistance.Chelsea B.NinjaTrader Customer Service
