Ninja - PATS Problems

theres something wrong. Ive been on with teh broker and PATS themselves and my positions with broker and pats all agree. The problem is that the positions tab in Ninja is showing entirely different positions, ive tried closing ninja and opening again, I cant do this as a constant solution whilst trading anyhow in case I miss a trade.

If you look at the attached file, its showing me in all the bond markets that got screwed up yesterday, Dierk you said they would all be gone today but they are still there, its showing me in lean hogs when Im flat, I have no idea why 5 years are still showing. its somehow not reading the PATS stuff. The broker and PATS and my manual audit are all correct, the position screen in ninja is wrong. Ive been in conference with them, they say their end is fine.

How do I sort this out?

I cant reboot mid way through the trading day. I cant switch off the ninja and on again. Thats impractical and anyway its been tried and doesnt work. Is there an internal refresh I can do through a backdoor?

Did you drop/delete your DB and start as suggest to get rid of incorrect customization?

Sorry, are you the same person/company as Moog?

If so, please make sure you try a fresh DB
- NO custom instrument added
- NO custom mappings
- NO changes to any instruments

NT standard instruments will reflect accurate Pats position after connect WITHOUT touching anything.

Once the db is dumped and if for some unforeseen reason we need to revert back to this current version, Is the process as simple as dropping today's NinjaTrader.mdb back into the directory? Or do we need other files?

If you mean current version of the db, you can just move it back in.

Also:
- I would make sure to keep a copy of that DB just in case
- please make sure you are on 6.5.0.9 or 6.0.1000.9
