    error logginig into Gain after reactivating account

    Is there a delay after reactivating a Gain account (from being disabled due to inactivity) and being able to log in to NT?
    I'm able to log into the Gain Web-Trader but I'm getting the username password error on NT (attached).

    How do I log into NT? My username and password have not even changed. I tried restarting NT and even setting up a new account connection, and still can't log in.

    Thank you for your note.

    Please contact GAIN to ensure that your account is enabled for NinjaTrader.

    If it was disabled they may need to enable NinjaTrader access again.

      I did call them first and they say it is permissioned for NT

        Thank you for the update.

        Unfortunately we have not heard of any delay between the broker activating the account and being able to login through NinjaTrader.

        You may want to ensure that you are selecting the correct Brand Code.
