Can a SuperDom order placement trigger an ATM Strategy

Hi,

Is there anyway for a manual SuperDom Order to trigger and work with an ATM Strategy. It seems the ATM methods do not allow you to Get the Strategy ID or Order ID of a working Order even if you know the template name. It seems from the methods that the strategy needs to create the order to be able to manipulate it. Is This correct ? Is there anyway around this?

For clarification are you using NinjaScript to submit ATM orders? Or are both the single order and ATM strategy submitted via manual SuperDOM placement?

Unfortunately there isn't going to be a supported way to have a NinjaScript strategy interact with manually placed orders even when using ATMStrategyCreate()

There may be others who have found a work around but there aren't any that I am aware of. You may try searching/posting your question in this thread as there are a lot of unsupported solutions here: http://ninjatrader.com/support/forum...ad.php?t=22435

Can the ATI be used to just to trigger an ATM Strategy ?

The ATI is for external execution and provides efficient protocols to communicate trading signals from various external sources to NinjaTrader for the automation of order execution. This is not what you would be using for ATM Strategy submission

NinjaScript will allow you to fully manage and submit orders that are handled by internal logic OR through the use of ATM strategies as you previously mentioned.
