Hello Bummm,
Please note that the NG 06-13 expiry is setup for 4/26/2013. This means that if you create a NG 06-13 chart before this date, it will load all historical data from the 05-13 expiry and combines it with real-time data from the 06-13 expiry.
This can cause a large bar, because historical data from the 05-13 expiry and real-time data from the 06-13 expiry are combined. There is a price difference between the 05-13 and 06-13 expiry.
You can change the rollover date for the 06-13 expiry to today.
Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the NG and click Edit.
To change the rollover date, please click the Misc-tab and select the 'Contract months' row at the bottom. Click the '...' button that appears. Select the 06-13 expiry and change the rollover date on the right side.
Once you made changes to the NG instrument, please remove and re-add the CL 06-13 to your instrument list. Highlight the NG 06-13 in your instrument list and click the arrow pointing to the right. Highlight the NG in the 'Available master instruments' section, set Expiry to 06-13 and click the arrow pointing to the left.
Reload historical data in the NG 06-13 chart or create a new one.JasonNinjaTrader Customer Service
