Hi,
Is there possibly available somewhere a custom tool that would install into NT7, that with one click you can apply to any bar an entry line, stop line, and target line. All would only extend to the right of the selected bar. You would be able, in the tools properties to input how many ticks from the high or low of the selected bar each line would appear. You would also be able to select colors and thickness for each line.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I am not aware of such a custom tool. However, it would be possible in NinjaScript to develop such a tool.
