Hi JC, I already sent a note with subject title "ATTN: Cameron" as described in post #11. I received a reply telling me to schedule a support call. However I don't have good time now so want to see if I can find the answer here.

.NET problems can vary so it is hard to say exactly what steps may need to be taken to get this resolved. Sometime it will take an IT professional to get it resolved.

What I can link you if you would like to try it as a last resort is a .NET Cleanup Tool to try out. Here is a good article that goes over the steps you may try out on your own.
