No Dax Feed on Zen

This will be an interesting test case to check whether Zen has kept the promise it made earlier this year, when the same thing happened. Back then, it took almost a full day before the feed worked again because of the time difference with the States. We were subsequently told that they would update their internal procedures in order to significantly reduce the downtime. The clock is ticking....

I get the feeling that we won't have any feed before this afternoon AGAIN.

This is a message to Ninja: you should put some pressure on Zen. Their repeated feed issues start to reflect negatively on your brand as well, because of the close relationship you have with them. I've been a big fan of Ninja almost from the very beginning and I'm still a loyal and happy customer but Zen doesn't live up to Ninja's high standards anymore.

This is just another proof (if we needed one) that they're sleeping (literally) in the US and that nobody is monitoring European feeds. This, combined with the fact that they recently dropped the FTSE and all other Matif, NLX, Nyse Liffe products is a definite proof that they are a US-centric shop that just doesn't care about Europe.

No Dax data here in Australia either. Got to agree the only problems I have had with Ninja for ages have all been Zenfire data feed breakages. Maybe some data providers butts need some kicking?
