not receiving TT data

i am not able to receive data for the ZF contract (5 yr treasury note). i am also not receiving anything CBOT related. all other exchanges/instruments are working ok. the broker has verified that everything is ok on their end. I have reset my instruments and that has not helped.

the error message reads "...unknown instrument. affected order..."

Can you please confirm mapping is setup correctly with the following steps:

• Tools
• Instrument Manager
• Select ZF
• Edit
• Misc tab
• Next to Trading Technologies input ZF||CBOT
• Click Ok
• Remove ZF from your Default instrument list and add it back in

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

i have had the same issue in the past with other instruments. where could i find a list of the symbols for TT? i.e. i had an issue last week with QG where the default symbol in the instrument manager/misc. box for TT had an extra Q

• YM||CBOT
• ZB||CBOT
• ZC|0.01|CBOT
• ZF||CBOT
• ZL|100|CBOT
• ZM||CBOT
• ZN||CBOT
• ZS|0.01|CBOT
• ZT||CBOT
• ZW|0.01|CBOT
