    Download Replay

    Hi Support,
    I can't download any historical data for market replay .. it hangs the program !!
    This just happened today .. Is there any problem with your server ? or how to diagnose it on my side?

    One other interesting thing that instrument manager or even the download replay data doesn't recognize some symbols like 6A as a valid symbol ...

    Thank you for contacting us to report this issue. The servers do appear to be running normally at this time. So that I may investigate, please contact me by email (Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com) with a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file. The trace file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20130506.txt' file.
