Missing days

I am looking at several stocks, this past couple of days and all of a sudden yesterday night, a couple of the stocks just lost a couple of days (7,8 and 9) It only loads until may 6 2013

A couple of facts
data provider yahoo
main stock having issues URBI.MX
stock market I am looking at Mexican stock exchange
Days missing 7,8 and 9
Another weird thing is that I close and open the chart window to se if the problem goes away, and sometimes the chart will load 6 and 9 leaving 7,8 missing. BUT if I update from the chart "reload all historical data" I would loose may-9.

Thank you for your post.

Based on this report I would like you to shut down NinjaTrader and clear the software's cache using these steps:

• Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > DB folder.
• Delete the folder named 'Cache'.
• Restart NinjaTrader and reload chart data.

Thank you for your prompt response.
It did resove the date problem I had, witch I thought was the cause of not being able to use a indicator I got (bought), It just didn't seem to work everything was of in the graph.

But now that the days are in order the indicator, will not work properly.... IN THIS STOCK, I tried with other mexican stock and US, it worked fine.

Any ideas?

What should I do...?

WOW, a Strange thing happened remember the stock I had the trouble (and got fixed)... well every thing was fine (except the indicator)...

Well within the chart I did a right click and "reload all historical data" BOOM, dates 7,8,9 GONE. (again)

This doesn't seems right. Does it??

Does the data appear to be complete in the Historical Data Manager's Edit tab? (Tools > Historical Data Manager > Edit)

As You can see on the attachmet I am including the dates are up to 5_9_2013
yet the picture will not include dates (data) on the 7,8

Is there a way to set everything back to original settings.

I have been working with NT7 just for 4 days so not much work has been done (distracted with this glitch)

When testing here, I find that I am not able to access data beyond 5/6 either. Are you using any data providers in addition to Yahoo?

Nop only Yahoo
I tried (today) urbi.mx and bimboa.mx both only load up to may 6, several other stocks did the same thing yesterday.
The strange thing was that when I did the cache delete thing ... data loaded correctly. mmmm

Can you try the steps again? I'm not currently able to load data past the 6th here so I'd like you to double-check those results.

JAJA I went nuts.. jaja
I deleted from DB = CACHE / DATA / DAY/ MINUTE / TICK

NO LUCK

What else can I delete? I will give it a shot.

Hello,

I cannot load any data beyond the 6th for this symbol either. I'm not sure that there is additional data available on the servers based on the results that you and I are seeing here. Unfortunately, the Yahoo feed is largely unmanaged. While it's likely that this data gap would be corrected, there's no way to determine when that might occur though the next update to the feed would occur after the next close of the market .

Ok. One thing. Any data provider that will give me mexico stock data that you know or recomend.
