Trend Does Not Show Up

    Trend Does Not Show Up

    Hi all,

    I just installed NT 7.0.1000.13 on my computer (Vista 32bit) and after connecting to the simulated data feed via the instructions contained in the license email the trend does not appear although the slider does.

    I tried going to Documents>NT>workspaces and deleting what was in there and restarting, still nothing.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for your post.

    Can you clarify what you mean by the slider showing up but the trend not? The slider is the window which is used to change the flow of data in the Simulated Data Feed connection.

      I have included a picture of my desktop and circled the slider that says "Trend" that I am talking about.

        Hi,

        Thanks for getting back to me with this image.

        This is the window which is used to control the Simulated Data Feed's price. Can you describe the window you're looking for?

          The image I included is the screen that I get once I start up NT and connect to the simulated data feed.

          I think it's just the standard screen.

            Hi,

            I'm unclear as to what screen you expect to see. Are you, for instance, expecting a chart to load?

                Hi,

                Thank you - I think we're on the same page now.

                A chart can be created using the File > New > Chart command. Please see the following link to our Help Guide for more information: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...ng_a_chart.htm

                Please make sure to select the 'Default 24/7' session template setting on the right side of the Data Series menu.
