Market Replay Drops to Zero

    Market Replay Drops to Zero

    See the attached screenshot for market replay on CL. I have the data, but it drops down to zero and and will not come back up. Does it on any day I try to hit start on, at anytime. The historical data loads fine and if I jump ahead the same date and time where the drop happened the data looks fine. Not happening with TF or GC. Tried repairing database and restarting NT, no change. Any thoughts?

    Does this same behavior happen in Market Replay when you use a standard Minute chart?

        Hello,

        It could be related to the way the custom bar type handles data.

        With the custom bar type, are you able to Right click in the Market Replay Controller -> Go To -> specify a time after the drop to zero occurs.

        Does data then load correctly or does this happen again after watching it?

          Sometimes if I jump ahead the data is corrected in the past, but once I hit play that bar crashes. Most of the time if I jump ahead it is zero across the board.

            Thank you for your response.

            If possible please contact the developer of the custom bar type to verify if these are intended for use with Market Replay. This error in the data display can be due to how the custom bar type handles the replay data.

              FYI, it does work on all others and for some reason it was working last night after I already had Renko bars loaded, but this morning when I hit play (where I paused it last night and it was working) it did the crash hours back and not on that bar.

                  No error messages and nothing in the log other than the norm. Besides being a thorn, more than anything I am just curious now.

                    I recommend contacting the developer of the custom bar type to see if they aware of this item or if the bar type is intended for use with Market Replay Data.
