    Connection Problem With CQG

    I just got disconnected and when trying to reconnect got an error message
    "login failed. network connection to order routing system is unavailable". HELP

    Hello,

    Thank you for your post and reporting.

    We have had a few reports in the last few minutes, but we have not witnessed on our end.

    This is commonly the result of an ISP backbone experiencing high latency which is preventing you from connecting to the system.

    In the mean time, please try restarting NInjaTrader and attempting the connection again. This should attempt a new set of servers that you may be able to route to.

      We have received an update from CQG:

      CQG had some issues with the login servers which are resolved at the moment. Trader should try logging in again and let us know if it happens again. We are researching the reason for the outage and apologies for the inconvenience.
