Connection Loses every time

Hi Admin
since download the last version 7.13
received a message that I had to remove the latest version
because they had detected a fault in the orders
up there all good
but now every time
says Connect lost
it's not my internet connexion
because I have other platforms and other equipment at the same connexion
and I have no problems with them
The Quiestion.....!
I can do...? because it would be very unpleasant to lose the connection with an open order

Hello,

We have had a few reports in the last few minutes, but we have not witnessed on our end.

This is commonly the result of an ISP backbone experiencing high latency which is preventing you from connecting to the system.

In the mean time, please try restarting NInjaTrader and attempting the connection again. This should attempt a new set of servers that you may be able to route to.

We have received an update from CQG:

CQG had some issues with the login servers which are resolved at the moment. Trader should try logging in again and let us know if it happens again. We are researching the reason for the outage and apologies for the inconvenience.

I had issues yesterday as well with zen-fire.

Same here, with the latest version I'm getting a lot of disconnect events almost every day.
This happened only very rarely with v.12

What's even more troubling is that all my strategies were automatically disabled a few times in a row two days ago. This never happened before.

We have had not had reports which would indicate to us any sort of server side item with CQG.

If you are experiencing these disconnects, we would need to review your log and trace files from the date it occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
