    Hi Support,
    Having a problem with Ninja crashing in windows 7 64. Got this error Today from event viewer:

    Thank you for your post.

    Please send me your log and trace files for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

    Please place 'ATTN: Patrick - 857615' in the subject line of the e-mail and a reference to this thread in the body of the e-mail: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=58258

        OK..thought it was done but I got a popup that it couldn't send due to connection error.

          Please manually attach your most current log and trace files tan e-mail to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com with 'ATTN: Patrick - 858733' in the subject and a reference to this thread in the body of the e-mail: http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...ad.php?t=58258

          You will find the log file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
          • The log file will be named "log.20130606.txt"

          You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
          • The trace file will be named "trace.20130606.txt"

                Hi Kyle, I don't think I did anything, the software just crashed randomly.

                Good news is it didn't crash at all Yesterday and I was using it all day.
