    Charts keep starting in Sim Mode

    Hi. I have my default account set to my live account and I do not have "global sim mode" active & I do not have the box checked to "always start in sim mode".

    But it keep starting in sim mode. I just changed everything to my live account & saved the setup; then I exited & restarted & it went back to sim mode.

    Question #2:
    Is there a way to delete an old account from my Accounts List in Control Center (when you click on "Advanced" it shows multiple accounts)?

    Thank you for posting with these questions.

    1.) Is NinjaTrader configured to connect automatically at start up or do you connect manually after starting the software?

    2.) Unfortunately, the accounts cannot be removed by default however this is something our development staff is looking in to unlocking for the next major release.

        Hello,

        Thanks for clarifying.

        When the Connect on Start Up feature is enabled, all order windows will default to the Sim101 account. You would need to disable this feature and connect manually for the live account to be selected automatically.

            They should add a "Global Live Mode" same as "Global Simulation Mode".

              Hi I am using Ninja Trader Version 7 since last 2 months. I have esignal connection for data. I have developed my own strategy . I have got signal to SELL Nifty on 3rd June 2013 . I could see the signal till yesterday evening . But now I cant see the SELL signal on my chart. Its a 60 mint chart. I can see the signals in Strategy Analyzer. Please Help

                Can you please send me a screenshot of the differences you are seeing from your chart and strategy analyzer with a sample of your code, to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, with Attn Cal in the subject and reference this forum thread.

                To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.
