Cancelled Subscription, now no End of Day Free.

Hi,

I recently cancelled my paid subscription to Kinetick data and now when I connect to Kinetick-End of Day free, I'm not getting any data and all my workspaces with a hundred charts won't update and just remain blank without even the stock symbol in them.

I am able to get the Market Analyzer to retrieve data but not my charts.

Any idea what the problem is?

Okay, reinstalled ninjatrader, restored backup and I'm still having real problems getting my charts to update. I can download data in the historical data manager but my charts won't call for data like they used too. It says it's connected to Kinetick - End of day free and 2 or 3 stocks will update but not all 80 or so in my workspace. Never had a problem before.

Which bar interval is used in the charts which are not updating for you?

OH, it's the gobble-dy-gork shnookle shnookle bars that aren't updating.
