NT won't run 64 bit but will run 32 bit version

I did a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit version with Service Pack 1. I downloded the current version of NT 7 and installed it. There is a desktop icon that launches the 64 bit version of NT and a corresponsing one for the 32 bit version of NT. The 64 bit version of NT 7 will not load but the 32 bit runs just fine except that I run out of memory at 3GB used.

I attached two files that show information about my computer and the NT error message. Note that I have 16GB of memory. The file that NT is looking for is precisely in the folder specified yet NT complains that it can't find it.

I specifically went to the 64 bit version of Windows as I'm running a strategy that manipulates 400 days of saved data. NT overflows past the 3GB available to it under Windows 32 bit version. I need to run on the 64 bit version to run all the data without NT running into a memory fault.

Why doesn't NT run on Windows 7 64 bit and what can I do to fix this?
