chart wont load data

Just got NJ. Very excited. Trying to load chart and the chart window just stays white. the tools and everything else is there, but no data. very disappointed. been reading threads and cant find a solution. FYI I am connected to Kinetick. Anybody know anything?

Are you using the free Kinetick EOD service or a live account? One thing to keep in mind with the free EOD service is that only daily bars are provided. As a result, any intraday charts would not load when using this free service.

I downloaded the free NT so i suppose its Kinetick EOD service. My goal is to day trade in a market replay mode. Do i have to buy the full version NT? I added my TD Ameritrade connection and it also doesn't seem to load minute charts. The daily charts are there though for both connections.

Thank you for getting back to me.

The free version of NinjaTrader can be used to trade through Market Replay however setup is somewhat different. You would be downloading Market Replay data from NinjaTrader's free data servers via the File > Utilities > Download Replay Data menu.
