Market Replay does not load

    Market Replay does not load

    Hi

    I have used market replay recently and have about 7 days worth of data
    stored but when attempt to connect, nothing happens.

    Any Suggestions?

    Hello Lynn,

    Are you able to locate to Market Replay Control to play the recorded data?

      Market Replay

      When i attempt to connect to market replay. nothing happens and the
      market replay does not appear to open. Maybe I am missing a step or
      something. The data file shows a few days worth of data in the file.

        The data files should be stored with each day's date. Are you sure your data file is not corrupt? When you bring up the Market Replay Connection a list of available dates should show up and you need to select a date from that list to connect to it.

          When market replay is selected, nothing appears to happen.

            I was giving Lynn a hand and verified that he indeed did have data but no dates where being listed when he tried to connect to Market Replay. I have not seen this occur before. Any thoughts on how to remedy?

                There is nothing in the logs to indicate any problems.

                It appears that the logon to market replay is totally ignored.

                  No, checked that expecting to see something but nothing. I think Lynn also reinstalled 6.5.9 build.

                    Please verify that:
                    - the right checkbox is set (Tools->Options)
                    - there is realtime data coming in to record (does not work on sim feed, external feed)

                      I believe all the correct boxes are checked.

                      It worked last week just fine. Very strange.

                              Problem was solved by deleting database.

                              A file transferred in was the culprit. Operator error.
