Issues connecting to IB and Kinetick

Today I upgraded to the new TWS 938.1 and NT 7.XXXX.14 and my connection has stopped working.

It seems like a bizzare issue since if I connect to IB first the connection works fine but since I am using Kinetick as my data provider if I connect first to Kinetick and then to IB the IB connection hangs in the "connecting" setting but never connects.

I have looked through the trace files and the log files but there does not seem to be anything obvious.


Can someone help please??

Thansk for your post.

I have tested and verified that I can connect to Kinetick first and Interactive Brokers second with our issue using NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.14 and Traders Workstation 938.1
