ES Tick chart not showing full data

For the past couple days my tick chart isn't showing the full data it is supposed to. Below I put an image of Friday and Monday's data on the ES 2000 tick chart, one from NT and one from ThinkorSwim. I just uninstalled and reinstalled NT, and also got new log in info for the sim and still hasn't fixed it. It must be something with the ticker because /GC is working fine.

    Hello Sal93,

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

What session template do you have applied to the chart? You can check by right clicking on the chart, selecting Data Series, then in the Data Series window checking the setting for Session template.

If you right click on the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data' does this make a difference?

I'm using AMP futures simulator, using the CQG data feed

The session template on the data series just says <Use instrument Settings>

Reloading the historical data didn't change anything.

        Hello Sal93,

Please disconnect from CQG, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Then right click on the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

Thanks for your help Chris, but I just fixed it. Here's how I did it (just incase it happens to someone else). Something was wrong with the ES 06-13, so what I did was change it on the data series to ES 09-13 and the data stream fixed.
