Error on loading chart data...

    I see. That's the version that I upgraded to. Maybe there's something else causing a problem?

    I can say though that it seems like a lot of historical data that I had before re-installing the newer version has disappeared.

      still an ongoing problem

      Yes, its still happening. I have sent my diagnostic files but have really had no result except for the usual suggestions of trying other workspaces, rebuild database, reset my modem, and of course I was told to load less data.

      I'm using zenfire and the only way I have found to get around it when it happens is to close my connection and reopen it, that often does the trick, but still when I do "reload all historical data" the error sometimes pops up again, and its not always the same instrument, and sometimes its only 1 instrument and sometimes its several.

      My guess is that its something to do with the data connection and we need a real solution. I know of others in my circle that are also getting the problem and mostly they restart NT to get around it.

      Hopefully someone is working on it.

        You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

        Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

            OK ive slimmed down and closed NT totally and restarted and that worked
