    Hi Penelope,

    Unfortunately, I do not have access to this instrument with my OpenTick account, so I couldn't test this on my end. I suggest to contact OpenTick regarding the issue.

    Hi Penelope,

    NinjaTrader acts like a radio receiver in that we display data as it is provided. Most likely, the issue is related to the data feed, not the platform.

    Can you please tell me what instrument is selected in your chart. If I have access to this instrument through my OpenTick account, I will test this on my end and see if I can reproduce the issue.

    I've done as you suggested. I've reloaded Historical Data. The same period of data is still missing from yesterday.

    Can you please go to Tools-->Historical Data-->Reload and check if this will fill up the gap.

    Open Tick - data disappeared

    Hi

    Time is quoted in Eastern Standard time in this message.......

    I had yesterday's market data on my chart up to the close of the US Markets at 16:15.

    This morning when I reconnected to Open Tick, yesterday's data from 12:21 EST time up to yesterday's market close (16:15) had disappeared. All previous data going back several weeks remains intact and okay.

    Today's market data has been coming through fine as usual from 09:30.

    So I have half of yesterday's data missing for some strange reason.

    Any suggestion would be welcome...... please?

    I've checked 'Session begins' and 'Session ends' under chart properties and the settings are as normal i.e. 00:00 & 00:00
