Restoring without Overwriting Completely

I have Ninja on two different computers.
Can I backup my templates and workspaces on one computer and then do a restore on the other without completely overwriting the templates and workspaces on the second computer. I want to overwrite only those with the same names, add the new ones, and not mess with those templates and workspaces that have different names.
If that doesn't work, is there a different way to go about adding the templates and workspaces to the 2nd computer.

Yes, this is possible by manually transferring the files between the two computers. A NinjaTrader backup file would overwrite all existing settings. Please see the file locations below.

Workspaces
C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->workspaces

Database (ATM Strategy templates, Session templates, Instrument Lists / Custom Instruments and historical trade execution data)

Chart templates
C:\-->Users-->*Windows user account*-->Documents-->NinjaTrader 7-->templates-->Chart

Market Analyzer templates

Historical data
