Difference between times of charts

Hello guys
I have been using NT7 with Kinetick realtime datafeed.
I have subscribed to the Singapore exchange too.
The chart of a symbol like IN(S&P CNX Nifty Fifty) is getting realtime data but the bars seem to be coming late, i.e. the present time on my computer is 14:46, but the 5min chart is showing 14:40 Bar.
And also at the same time the E-mini S&P 500 5min chart is showing14:50 time bar.
Also is the data from SGX in realtime or delayed by 10min? Because the same bars on my the other charting/trading platform is showing a different bar times. i.e. the bar in the platform which is showing realtime data is ahead of the NT7 by 10minutes or so.
I mean the bars which have already appeared in my trading platfor are appearing now after about 10min or so. The Data is same, but it's delayed.
Any help would be appreciated?
