phantom orange stop order

    phantom orange stop order

    Hello,

    I'm trading forex using Sim 101 account. I have a stop order for profit protection that I moved yesterday and today, and it left behind an orange stop order flag that I can't delete (see attachment). If I click on the X to cancel the orange order, it cancels the other order (sometimes).

    What might be causing this orange tag to appear?

    Please reset NinjaTrader's simulation account to clear this order.
    • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    • Select the "Simulator" tab
    • Press the "Reset" button

        Hello,


        Can you tell me the following:

        - What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About, this will look like 7.0.1000.xx

        - Who are you connected to? This is displayed in green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

        - What instrument have you selected? If a Futures instrument, please include Front Month (ES 03-14)

          now is all ok

          I update to new version (i didnt know) and now is all ok.....fiuu

            This problem started last Friday for me too. (1 orange item that I couldn't get rid of). Couldn't move it, couldn't change it's size. ES traded right through it and nothing happened.

            It really showed up today .. I had so many orders on my screen I had no idea what my status was. Extra orders all over the place.

            I disconnected and repaired the database and reconnected.

            This was with Rithmic.

              There was an update released on Friday, 7.0.1000.22 that resolved these types of orders.

              Use the following link to download NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.22. You can register your current license key which can be found under the Control Center -> Help--> License Key



              Close NinjaTrader before installing.

              Since this is an over-the-top upgrade, you will not lose any chart templates, workspaces or other custom settings.

                Thanks. I'm still on .20.

                I haven't seen those popups when re-starting NT weekly about upgrading.

                    i have same problem. Orange order. I can´t move, delete. Nothing. What is wrong?
                    I paper trading with demo account..

                          Do you see this order in TWS side?

                          Please disconnect and reconnect to your connection.

                          Additionally, note that you are not on the supported version of TWS for NinjaTrader.
                          You would need to uninstall TWS and download the supported version from the connection guide below -

                              im back my problem is still existing. Now my strategy wrote in log this mesage:
                              5.1.2015 15:45:05 Order AllinOne DU608, Error validating request:-'qd' : cause - Missing order exchange (321) affected Order: Buy 1 Market

                              What is mean?
