Mac and Parallel

Hello,


I currently have the newest version on the Mac and downloaded the Parallel program to run Ninja. Although I just have the trial (for both Parallel and Ninja), I can download and open other non-Mac friendly programs. Whenever I download Ninja and try to open it, I get the following message:


There only can be one instance of NinjaTrader running at a time (NinjaTrader/2).
Please terminate any other instance of NinjaTrader before stating a new instance.


I've gone into the Task Manager and see NinjaTrader.exe *32 under processes and have tried to end it. No success. My only option is restarting where I try again and get stuck in a revolving door.


Ive tried to let Ninja load for several minutes and nothing ever comes up.


Any ideas on the issue?

The file is located in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. I would need the 'trace.20130710.txt' file.
