ninja trader license servers could not be reached

i am installing on a new PC. i get that error. when i type my license it tells me it is invalid

Hello Federali,

There are three main reasons why this message appears.

Your license is truly invalid however, I have tested this license here and it is a valid license.
The license key has been entered incorrectly. Please ensure that an incorrect character or space has not been entered at the end of your license key. Also, if the character "@" is present in the License Key we sent you, please include that as well, as it is part of the key.
The most common reason is that a firewall on your PC or on the network your computer is on is preventing NinjaTrader from accessing our license servers. To test this, please disable all firewalls and then restart NinjaTrader and see if it works. If yes, you just need to add ninjatrader.com to the exception list (safe list) for your firewall software
If none of the above resolutions work, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with "ATTN: Chris S" in the subject line.

well i just realized i had two shortcuts NT7 and NT7 64bit. i did the 64 and the license read fine. now im having trouble logging in. i get Login Failed: A Call to SSPI failed, see inner exception.

just realized there was an update. i was running .13 now i am downloading .14
