    Problems with licensing

    Good morning,

    i installed the lastest free version of Ninjatrader without problems but once i have trying to enter in the program, I receive the follow message

    "Failed to verify license. Please try again in a few minutes"

    I have trying to enter the license key in "License Key", but I receive the follow message

    "The back door code you entered in invalid"


    I realised that I dont have access of any of the most popular providers like CQG.

    Could you help me?

    chien1, welcome to our forums here - this is most likely an ISP backbone issue reaching our license servers properly, can you please shutdown your PC and reset the modem / router used and then reconnect a few minutes later and recheck?

      Hello,

      I installed the NT in a business computer with administrator rights and the computer is connected to internet under a firewall.

      The guys of IT don´t see any problems with the program and they don´t see any blocked conection in the firewall.

            Thanks, then I would suggest editing the NinjaTrader.exe config file to have it using the default proxy. Just change the word false to true in it using a standard txt editor such as notepad.
