minute charts behaving badly

Sorry guys,
I don't know how to serach for this behavior and pretty weird, never happend before.
for some stocks the minutes charts not rendering properly. Attached Citibank and chipotle charts. chipotle looks good for daily and minute but see what happend to citi. This happnes to onyl for few stocks. Is there a way to fix this or am I doing something wrong. Did all that I could do , "reset DB"., "rest instru". loading new charts etc.

MBtrading. been good all these years until last week or so. onyl for handful of stocks.
check the chart price marks on the right they dont change.

Would a new chart show the same issue?

latest 7.0.1000.14.
And yes the charts uploaded are the file->new->chart... making sure that my template is not doing this.

Please delete your historical data using the instructions provided at the following page of the NinjaTrader Help Guide:
Removing Historical Data

Once the data has been deleted close NinjaTrader. Open the Documents\NinjaTrader7\db\cache folder. Select all files then right mouse click and select “delete.”

Open NinjaTrader and connect to your data provider. Open an new chart.
