IB - Connected but Bars not updating

NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.13
TWS 939.2
Java 1.7.0_25
OS: Windows 8 (x86, 6.2)

Connected and price updating in Ninja charts but new bars are not being created on minute charts (1,3,5, whatever). Have tried the default session templates and "Default 24/7" and still not working. Tried futures and forex both.

This is a new windows 8 machine and everything was ok on the Windows 7 box I used to have. Any help appreciated.

Hello OzCta,

Please upgrade to NinjaTrader 7.0.1000.14.

You can do this by going in NinjaTrader to Help > License Key and coping your license key.

Then following the link below. You will need to enter in your license key to get to the downloads page.

Once you have upgraded please reset the instruments.

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

Tried all the directions given above but still the same issue. Connected and price data being updated but no new bars being created

In the message, please include the following:

You will find the file here: My Documents > NinjaTrader 7-> Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

Log file will be located by going to Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.YYYYMMDD.txt

Fixed by using TWS 938.1
TWS 938.1 is avilable for download through the link below.
