    Hi jbiard,

    Early this morning I did testing for this error message and had been receiving data without error.

    I can confirm that the issue has returned as I am now getting this error message once again.

    For now, I can only suggest that you restart NinjaTrader to re-establish a connection to the historical data server and re-try the request for data.

    I do want to mention that I am also not able to download historical data at this time.

      Thank you for your accurate reply; even if that does not solve the problem, it is good to know that I am not alone with it.
      I am hoping a real solution will be found soon.
      Waiting for some news from you.

      PS: it is interesting to see that someone is having the same problem in another post, but for daily data only. I have this problem with all time frames, except daily.

        While I cannot get into any details, I want to let you know that we are investigating this and are working to correct the issue.

        Also, I cannot give you a time frame on when this will be corrected but I want you know to know that we are focused resolving this issue for our customers.

          I d'ont want to speak too fast, but I still would like to inform you that this morning I could get the historical data in my charts; I connected and disconnected several times and all seems to be OK now.
          Will continue to check for some days and keep you informed.
