    Connectivity with TD Ameritrade

    Hi

    I have just downloaded your platform to try it and have connected to my account at TD Ameritrade. However when I try to load a chart all I get is a "loading data" message. But nothing happens. At the bottom of the ninjatrader window I do get a connected to notice which is green. Please advise.

    Thank you for your note.


    Please use the steps I have provided below to delete your cache:
    • Close NinjaTrader
    • Documents
    • NinjaTrader 7
    • Open the db folder
    • Open the Cache folder and delete all files within this folder
    • Restart NinjaTrader
    If the issue persists can you tell me what instrument you are attempting to load and what time interval chart you have selected.
